Sometimes you enjoy a painting not due to it's inherent qualities but rather the memories of the moment you painted it. I painted this with my friend Christina Moore. Enjoyed the time well spent in the afternoon sun watching the boats and cars go by. We spent several Thursday afternoons painting away the afternoon that summer. When we could no longer do any further damage to the artwork we would drive across this bridge and have a beer or two at the Plum Island Grill to finish the conversation.
